Is your child a new student who needs to register at Eastside Elementary?

• New to district

• Returning to the district from another district

• Dropped from one LPPS school to enroll in another due to moving residency

 

Before you register online or come to the office, please make sure you can provide the following:

• ​Parent/guardian valid picture id

• 4 proofs of residency showing you reside in Eastside’s school district

• Original birth certificate

• Drop slip from previous school if applicable

• Social Security Card

• Immunization Record

• Last report card (if available)

• Custody papers (if applicable)

• ​

Note: Residency affidavits must be updated each year.
