Before you register online or come to the office, please make sure you can provide the following:

​Parent/guardian valid picture id

4 proofs of residency showing you reside in Eastside’s school district

Original birth certificate
-
Drop slip from previous school if applicable

Social Security Card
-
Immunization Record
-
Last report card (if available)
-
Custody papers (if applicable)
Note: Residency affidavits must be updated each year.
